DC DIVAS: Ever heard of them? A Fan?

Hey I'm a guy that roots for the Home Team and did you know that over the last couple of years Washington DC has had a Women's Football Team? The DC Divas is what they are called and out team is not that bad.

Can imagine you all laughing at ladies playing football but the reality is if you have people of equal skill levels and they are going at it 100% you can have some good match ups.

No it's nothing near the level of the NFL and never will be but heck if those ladies want to put on the pads and do some "Slobber-knocking" I say more power to them.

I happen to know the two Owners personally and have met the Team when they came to a Bar I was running and they were all cool.

They play in the spring so their season just started and I plan to go to a game or two this year just to support my friends.

Ever heard of them?
Would you go see them?
Would you let yer Daughter, Wife or Mocther-in-Law play?

I've never seen a football game including females with pads. However the powderpuff game I've seen before was uhhh... enthralling!
