Re: Redskins vs. Ravens, Pre-Season Game 2, Gameday Thread
Hey I just realized that we're going to be on Hard Knocks in two weeks....or are we? Does the show end when training camp ends?

Your exactly right, just absolutly sux. If his attitude would change from being the biggest asshole alive, we could probabley be a top 5 deffense. As long as his attitude sux, it will hold us back. Im glad Bruce finally has the reigns on this team and Vinny and dumb ass Danny Boy has taken a back seat so in the future we wont have pricks like this take the field. HTTR

I think anyone on this site would rather have AH starting over Golston. But not at the expense of all this bullshit. Malcontent little children who collect money on their word to work hard and then stomp their feet when everything doesn't go the exact way they want should't be rewarded.

Re: Redskins vs. Ravens, Pre-Season Game 2, Gameday Thread
On a side note the one thing I hate about these Baltimore-DC games is I feel like I have to choose a city. I grew up in the DMV area when the teams were the Washington Bullets, Washington Capitals, Washington Wizards, and Baltimore Orioles. We never had to choose. I love both cities and feel weird having to claim one, almost like I'm part of a gang. Ironically if two teams hadn't moved my teams today would probably be the Bullets, Caps, Senators, and Colts.
I personally always hope the Ravens and Nats do well except when they play the Skins and Orioles. Is anyone else the same way or am I insane? By the way, if you live in New York how do you choose to root for the Jets or Giants? I can understand the Yankees and Mets since their stadiums are separate and if all else fails you can just choose the team closer to your borough, but obviously the Giants and Jets share a stadium.

The crazy thing is that you actually know what you are talking about until you break down games. I would have to pull your posts from last year to show you examples. If you still want I can provide. |

The Washington Post is reporting we got crushed...I don't see from a starters point of view this team played well.

I like the chemistry that Moss and Cooley are developing with Mcnabb. 200 yds on the starting defense for the Ravens? Pretty good if you ask me. Plus, Portis seems to be playing much better then LJ looked last night. LJ missed a block last night and about got Donovan killed. He also looked very sloppy in the running game as well. The offensive line looked a little sloppy but 3 new starters with only a couple of months of practice against a pretty elite defensive team. Personally, this game just made me feel even more positive about the team this year and for years to come. |

Re: Redskins vs. Ravens, Pre-Season Game 2, Gameday Thread
Thats what I meant. Sorry for not being clear. I would have said the same thing if I was talking about the Redskins from another teams perspective. For example "It took a guy from the Redskins to tell me what I wanted to know. Per Jason Reid."
