I also really like how Gibbs has kept some of the players informed about what's going on with Pierce and Smoot. Randy Thomas said it's a real classy move on Gibbs' part.
It shows Gibbs respects and really cares about what his team thinks, and he wants to keep them in the loop. It's all about team, guys. We're going to see the payoff soon enough. |
