Anybody who doesn't understand the Mitchell and Montgomery releases doesn't yet understand Mike Shanahan.

I like Marko Mitchell, but he is a freakin beanpole with stork legs! Montgomery is a lazy player with a heart of glass. You have to put a massive amount of time in the weight room if you are going to play for Shanahan and I bet both of these players fell on the far low end range when they were monitored during their workouts.
