I think Chan Gailey is a very sharp and flexible OC.
The job he did with Tyler Thigpen a 3rd string QB on a lousy Chiefs team in 2008 was imo the best coaching by an OC that year. 14 Games 2,608 yards 18 TDs 12 Ints G.
