Super Bowl Commercials...
Personally I thought they were just ok overall. Some were entertaining, the Ameriquest were good, the ones with the Monkeys were alright, the FedEx one w/ Burt Reynolds was kind funny, but I expect a TON more on the Super Bowl. The only one's that really stood out to me were
a) The first commerical that aired, with the sky divers. I thought that was very funny. b) The "Thank- You" commerical to our troops from Busch. I think flashing that logo at the end cheapens it; but if they pay that money, you gotta throw it up.

I liked the Reynolds one, the Thank You one, and the Lays one where they throw MC Hammer back over the wall

one of my faves was the Budweiser commercials, with all the animals trying to vie for a spot on the clydesdales...and the badass cockatoo from the bud light commerical
and that chick in the godaddy.com commerical was super-hot.

I give my props to the troops commercial from AB. Hands down the best one and most memorable for me.

Personally I liked the Superheroes one. I grew up watching UNDERDOG, about time someone lets him make an appearance. Here is a link to the commercials incase you are looking for them.

Most definitely, I see how that one won "Best Skin".

My favorite was the one where the guy is cooking dinner, the cat knocks over the pasta sauce as he is cutting veggies, he grabs the cat by the neck and is standing there holding the cat and the knife with pasta sauce (looking like blood) everywhere just as his girlfriend walks in and the tagline - "Don't judge too quickly".
Could NOT stop laughing. |

I thought the thank you commercial for the troops was a great commercial.
as far as funny commercials I liked the: "that's your girlfriend" bud light commercial, the 2 "don't judge too quickly" ameriquest commercials were good especially the cat in the spaghetti sauce one, the bud commercial with all the various animals wanting to be part of the team, both of the mc hammer commercials were pretty funny, the "mama's boy doll" commercial was funny as hell, all the monkey commercials were pretty funny especially the one with the butt kissing monkey, and the designated driver one with cedric was actually pretty funny and sadly enough I could see people in a club being that retarded and doing that, lol. plus how freakin sweet does that new cadillac look? and any other movie fans kinda suprised to see a lack of big new trailers? |

i'm patiently awaiting Batman Begins and The Longest Yard...but the Super Bowl usually shows 1 or 2 blockbusters and the rest usually become 2nd or 3rd choices at the theater when the one you go to see is sold out and you don't feel like driving to the next one...

Yeah, I'm so happy that Batman will finally get away from this "Broadway" performance bullshit and go back to the dark and menacing like it was supposed to be.
I also can't wait for "War of the Worlds" I was an extra in that movie when it came to film in Raphine, Virginia. Look for me running away from the aliens across from a HUGE field chasing Hummers.
