re: Where are Kelly & Thomas?

Kelly and Thomas can't get open because they come out of their breaks way too slow. They need to pick up their game speed considerably. The playcalling is woefully inept too, IMO, which doesn't help.

This same critique is coming from several sources now, Cossell, ESPN and now NFL Network guys were saying the same thing yesterday.
I guess on film it is clear these two guys are not getting any separation from their defenders.
In my experiences I have found that guys that have weak or worn knees tend to have a problem cutting at full speed. I think both of these guys have had past knee problems?
I would like to see Marko get some reps with the first team in a game. These two jokers Kelly/Thomas have been given enough time to prove themselves. It is time to give someone else a try and see if it is not the QB or system and not the receivers.

I agree. Yeah someone on another thread pointed to the same analysis and singled out Campbell but failed to bring up this point in the conversation.

Like I said you can say Campbell is part of the problem but not the whole problem. So when you single out one person everytime its clear. You are a hater!! http://www.thewarpath.net/602900-post620.html

It's funny that some people think we're defending Campbell and saying that he's an elite QB or something along those lines.

Had JC played the second half as he did the first half, I would have been fine with all the criticism and demand for him to be benched. Do I say that he's an elite QB? No. Heck, I want him to be a game manager. And while he completely sucked in the first half (it was awful). He won the game in the second half.

The Redskins offensive problems go way beyond JC. However, right here, right now, he's the best option we have. That's not going to change and fans should hope for the best.

I watched the game and none of our WR were getting seperation. ARE did he even get a catch? They all had trouble getting open against the Bucs Tampa 2 defense.

For the last 2 yrs I have touted that Hixon was the problem. Some people on here wish to point their fingers at the O-line, some wish to point their fingers at JC, now it's all Zorn to some and some are saying the two young guys must suck.

Last yr I think I took the time to list all the WR's that have come and gone while Hixon was here and although some were older like Patton, there were enough young ones that have come and gone and apparently he could not find a diamond in any of them:
Devin Aromashodu
Horace Gant
Anthony Mix
Billy McMullen
Maurice Mann
Burl Toler
Jason Willis
Terry Mitchell
Jerome Mathis
Carl Berman
Trent Shelton
Onrea Jones
Keith Eloi
D.J. Hacket
Marques Hagens
Roydell Williams
Jaison Williams
James Thrash
Marko Mitchell
John Halman
Adrian Madise
Deyon Williams
Steven Harris
Danny Melendez
Kyle Brown
Taylor Sele
Devin Thomas
Malcolm Kelly
David Patton
Mike Espy
Brandon Lloyd
Cedric Bonner
Ryan Hoag
Jimmy Farris
Jason McAddley
Keenan McCardell
Shaun Bodiford
Reche Caldwell
Richard Smith
Corey Bradford
Jerel Myers
Todd Pinkston

I got all from Redskins.com, I didn't want to go back to far cause they didn't have a yr associated with the players they only had a day and month signed on the Transaction list. but something is seriously wrong when you can't take any of these and make them a star.
