Re: Cell phone carrier
I had problems with verizon and I didn't like sprint either. I did like Tmobile a lot. my bill was exactly what i thought it was going to be and their customer service was great. I have ATT now, and I like the coverage better. In my area there are a lot of places other carriers fade out but I still get coverage.
the rollover minutes are a nice touch, and they have given me upgrade credits several times without needing to. I like ATT and Tmobile the best and would recommend either of them from my experience.

Re: Cell phone carrier
The one nice thing about Verizon in the DC area is the repeaters they have in the Metro tunnels and stations...not sure if any of the other carriers have them, but I know I can use Mobile Web while I'm heading downtown without missing a beat...

Re: Cell phone carrier
Good point - I think Sprint piggybacks on VZW in the metro, but AT&T/T-Mobile are dead in the tunnels.

Re: Cell phone carrier
Thanks for all your insight. I am highly considering Verizon or staying with T-mobile.
For those that have Sprint and never had any problems, I wonder do you work for Sprint? That carrier is just the worst hehe. |
