I guy I know said his dealer could tell he had use one of these chips. Maybe he was embarassed to say that he left the chip in when have something fixed.

You leave feedback on the smoothness of the transaction, how quickly he ships the product, quality of packaging, etc.

It really doesn't have anything to do with the actual product, it's how competent of a seller/shipper.

If you buy crap, that was your fault.

True but sooner or later you would think someone would have raised a stink and gave some negative feedback about the item not doing what it's advertised to do.

thats not how I leave feedback,I never leave feedback before testing the product{if needed} people who leave feedback like:
fast shipping,but havent tried product yet
are idiots IMO

I do the same as you, but I'm just letting you know how MOST people leave feedback. I've sold a lot of items and I get feedback before they even receive the product in most cases.
