O-line is a safe place to draft, but we need help elsewhere, bad. Can't go thru another season waiting until the 10th game to see one of our WR catch a TD pass. We need a DE bad too. O Line can wait and we can still get a quality player in the 3rd round or lower. 1st round = CB, DE, DT, WR

I think last years draft showed that the right rookies can be Pro Bowlers at tough positions if given the opportunity: RB - Adrian Petersen (Pro Bowl) OT - Joe Thomas (Pro Bowl) WR - Dwayne Bowe RB - Marshawn Lynch S - Laron Landry CB - Antonio Cromartie LB - Patrick Willis CB - Aaron Ross WR -Anthony Gonzalez OG - Tony Ugoh I just think we need to not draft players like Rod Gardner, Taylor Jacobs, Andre Johnson, Michael Westbrook, Tom Carter, Desmond Howard or Bobby Wilson in the first or second rounds. I think we've done well recently in the 1st with Samuels, ST, and Landry but we have been burned repeatedly with WR's that high

Besides I don't understand the disdain towards Albert. If we take him in the 1st round then theres a good chance that we could take your boy Jordy in the second or third. Look we've drafted Offensive lineman during the Gibbs era in the 5th or 6th round like you've suggested and now those guys are off the team. Steve Hutchinson - Min - 1st Round 17th pick Logan Mankins - NE - 1st Round 32nd Pick Shawn Andrews - Phi - 1st Round 16th Pick Alan Fanneca - NYJ - 1st Round 26th Pick Leonard Davis - Dal - 1st Round 2nd Pick Pete Kendall - Was - 1st Round 21st Overall Eric Steinbach - Cle - 2nd Round ~1st Pick Mike Whale - Sea - 2nd Round Supplemental Randy Thomas - Was - 2nd Round 57th Overall Will Shields - KC - 3rd Round Vince Manuwai - Jax - 3rd Round 8th Pick Derrick Dockery - Buf - 3rd Round Stacy Andrews - Cin - 4th Round Pick 27 Benji Olsen - Ten - 5th Round Brian Waters - KC - Undrafted Kris Deilman - SD - Undrafted Brandon Moore - NYJ - Undrafted

I love this, Redskin fans are slowly catching Albert fever. And it's coming on strong enough to be at maximum strength right around the end of April.

Re: We Should draft Jordy Nelson - Kansas State WR in the 3rd
I would love it if we picked Albert. In the short run, we'd be essentially getting four picks for the price of one since Albert could be a backup at both guard and tackle positions. In the longer run, we will need a new starting RT, RG, and LG and Albert would certainly fill one of those needs.
