Lloyd and Randle El were hand picked by Saunders and Archuletta was hand-picked by GW. Gibbs isn't going to throw those guys under the bus, but I've said in other posts, after the season, Gibbs needs to go into the front office as the GM with complete control and a new coach needs to be brought in. Is Russ Grimm the answer at Head Coach, I don't know. Arizona isn't blowing the doors of the offensive stat categories and Pittsburgh didn't last year either.
