gibbs has always called the plays,even when dan henning was his OC.i wonder what the hell williams was doing over there right before halftime?i can't figure that out.i like joe t,but sometimes he speaks with his ass and not his mouth,imo.

williams seemed to be over there trying to convince gibbs to not use a timeout and leave too much time for the cowpies and frankly I agree. that first timeout was called way too early and they didn't go with the bootleg or a sweep after the timeout which would have more than likely lead to an easy touchdown.

Williams was out of line there with his stridency - you can't be that demonstrative with your point of view during the game like that. Williams is an assistant coach who has to remember that his job is run the defense. I'm sure his emotions just got the better of him then and we won't see that again.

I tend to agree with you. Gibbs runs the show and Williams should respect that. I don't think we'll see stuff like that going forward.

When you have to make split second decisions you can't have somebody talking in your ear.
