I would get rid of every player listed above ( except JC ) and add in Daniels and Wynn. Let all of them go and start a three year rebuilding plan. Basically start over. I don't think it is a bad idea but I don't think Joe will stick around for that. That is why I don't think they will make all of those moves. I believe they will fill the obvious holes and purge salary when Joe is gone. He was brought here to coach them in a big game not to rebuild.
