Telemarketer prank

Did anyone ever hear about that lawyer who sued the telemarketer who called him at 6am? I think the premise was that the call was too early, but I remember it also having something to do with the fact that the call was from a robot. Basically, we can't have robots calling anyone, at any time -- it'd be just like spam, but on your phone.

And you get the picture. Itb was quite a rant and I kinda felt sorry for her after I hung up, but I hate when they bother me during the game.

That poor girl probably has 4 mouths to feed, a surgery to pay for, and she's likely a nun...good job!

I think you can't call before 8am, and after 9pm.

In my house, it's NO telemarketing at all. I have never, nor will ever buy anything over the phone.

Ah, gotcha. We don't do ANY telemarketing, but I hate ALL calls after 8p to the house phone. That's what the cell phone is for.

I've gone so far as to never answer my door unless they call first on my cell. Sad what this world has made me do. hahaha
