At this point, I'm actually kinda glad we can evaluate some of our so called "depth" at the Oline. Hopefully Todd Wade will be alright. Jansen hasent been right all year (along with 90% of our team), so we'll see. I just hope JC is protected.

I read the other day that Jansen and Daniels are both playing on pure guts and will at this point. Might as well shut 'em down.

Wade was let go by TB which has serious O-line problems. Is Jim M. any good? He's been on the roster for a few years now but has yet to see any action. I

At least it isn't JC's blind spot. I just hope that JC doesn't get injured.

Good point. Id like to see what Wade can do, b/c if he sucks then we have even more evidence that the scouting and personnel decision makers need a complete and total overhaul.

He already took over at center for Rabach if I am not mistaken.

My sentiment exactly!
Why not shut down anyone with nagging injuries at this point? There is no point...the season is lost. I know it's not kosher to play for a draft pick, but this will help us acheive that top pick.

That's Mike Pucillo, #62.

As far as Jansen goes, let's put him out of his misery for this season. I didn't think anyone could play with a torn calf muscle -- hopefully there isn't the risk of any sort of permanent injury by continuing to play.

Let's see what Todd Wade's got.

Re: Jansen probably out for NO

No doubt we should set him down for the season but you have to worry about our little innocent rookie QB being violated by some line backer that our second string O-Line didnt pick up

Pucillo is the utility man of the OL he plays G and T.

Wade used to play for the Texans as well, not a line known for dominate play.

However, I'll reserve my judgement until I see him play.
