So what's the problem? Since you used a war game analogy then it may be as simple as referring to the three intangible variables of a battle ... Weather, Terrain, and Luck. The Skins simply lost out on two of the three variables. It is not a new story for the Giants v Redskins rivalry.

tough to trust the guys that brought in brunell's dead arm, trust halls dead leg, and drafted rogers (who can't catch or cover...), and let pierce go. I admit to being harsh, as I am a huge supporter of Gibbsy, but come on! THe entire NFL knows these three truths, why don't we? where is the vaunted greg williams (don't question me, bc i'm a genius) defense? (enron anybody?).

(i understand rogers is the only option, but brunell and hall could have, and should have been replaced).

I would agree, even i cannot fully blame brunell for our recent loss...but aren't we paying him "pull a win out of thin air" type coin?

The redskins are paying everybody that kind of coin and thats the problem. Skins players get paid before playing instead of playing before getting paid.
