Don't Call It a Comeback

Did anyone see Tyson get knocked out in the 4th round Friday night?

I didn't see it, but the fact that my brother in law is Dan Rafael, boxing writer for the USAToday, I heard all about. He explained to me recently how Tyson could get out of debt but I can't remember the details.

He'll pay off about 6 Mill of his debt with this fight, he's getting a settlement from Don King ( I believe) and selling his two homes will get him another 5 Mill...

He had a deal with Bob Arum in the works, which could have brought him out of debt...but that's in the shitter, because he needed to win the fight for the deal to happen. I think he still needed about 3 more fights but that's not going to happen now.

I saw the replay on Sho Time and thought overall it was a pretty sloppy fight. Old Mikes body at 38 seems to be showing the signs of alot of wear with the whole knee thing. If you cant beat a journey man Brit you got some serious problems. I just wish people would just quit paying money to see this loser fight . I mean the guy said the best punch he ever throw was when he hit Robbin Givens. That's pretty f@#%ed!
Did you see the Freitas Corrales fight? That was pretty good. Corrales kept his cool to the later rounds and knocked Freitas around. Freitas heart has got some big time question now.

People pay for it because Tyson still has that you never know aura about him. What will the crazy bastard do next? It wouldn't suprise me at all to see him win some big fights up the stretch.

he would have won the fight if he didnt tear him knee. Its not like he was losing teh fight. But there wotn be any fights up the strech until he has surgury and recovers from it and then gets back into shape, again. In jail you can stay in shape when you arent boxing, but not in the hospital...
