So are tight end Buck Ortega, who impressed as a downfield receiver in preseason (17.4 yard average on five catches) and fellow rookie free agent Mike Espy, who led the Redskins with 10 catches this summer. Linebacker Spencer Havner, defensive end Joe Sykes and guard Jasper Harvey are also rookie free agents who might be brought back. "
