Here's a weird story courtesy of some jackass with a camera, a sleeping technician and Comcast.

I find it interesting that Comcast would fire the guy knowing he was on hold waiting on them. I feel bad for the poor bastard.

Ok, Comcast thinks they're helping their customer service by firing this guy.
