I had a very bad experience w/ sprint. they over charged me one billing period by like 300 dollars. i paid what the bill should have been and after talking to them about it over the phone they told me i would have to pay the entire amount or risk having my service discontinued. i didnt have the extra money so they cut my service off and charged me the cancellation fee. they told me that if i wanted to dipute it i would have to pay the amount that they said i owed and then they would investigate it further.these charges were false but i still got stuck with the fee and they told me that it was my fault and i should have just paid it and then disputed it.

on a good note i have recently recieved a class action lawsuit notice regarding this matter and i will definetly be participating

too bad all your lost money is going to go straight to the lawyers they're the only winners in class action suits for trivial (sub million dollar per) claims.
