If the Skins need cap room, why don't they just ask Chris Samuels to restructure his contract for the 1,574th time.

Don't worry, I am sure they already have. For the amount he is overpaid he should do anything for them.

his base salary is too low, he can't convert anymore to bonuses right now, though he might hage an option bonus that could be converted...
