As to the rumor, that can only come up when we have nothing else to talk about. After watching the turmoil with the Nationals stadium, does anyone
really believe the DC Council will go thru that again, not to mention Mr. Snyder? (I call him "Mr." since he lured Joe Gibbs out of retirement.) RFK is in a pure residential neighborhood; no place for a 100,000 seat stadium, and the parking, and the crowd. This one ranks right down there with "TO is coming to the Redskins." Won't happen in your lifetime.
Besides, Fedex is a gold mine. No way will it go idle.
