Love seeing this. Adam Peters is the man! Sinnott hasn't even done anything yet lol

Re: #82 Ben Sinnott

Ertz is 34, how much does he have left in him?

Sinnott very likely looking at a big role next year.

Let's hope. At this point I'm believing that they're both maximising the value of Ertz to teh team (he's established a great rapport with Daniels) and ensuring that as as Sinnott develops the transition is seamless. Not to far from how KC is managing Kelce's 'decline'.

Was a nice catch on the fake punt! I think Sinnott will be far more involved next year and will prove to be a quality pick.

Re: #82 Ben Sinnott

Ertz said today he has no plans to retire and wants to come back, I'm totally fine with that as long as they get Sinnott more involved too.

Sinnott needs to be starting next season. Ertz can be used in sub-packages or clear passing downs. We need to get more athletic on the field.

I would love to see Ertz move to coaching like Kerrigan and take Bates and Sinnott under his wings.

Re: #82 Ben Sinnott

I have a lil one, he’s playing his first year of football…he’s excelling at LB on defense. On offense it’s been tougher, bigger learning curve. He’s been at TE 2nd team. But this week he’s been some RB and last night H-back, which he looks good.

Got me thinking of Sinnott…he didn’t have the big break thru at TE, but I swear he looks like he could play an H-back roll…I wonder if Kliff offense could use him more often and line him up more in the backfield. I think it would be a nice wrinkle.

Re: #82 Ben Sinnott

I think Ertz's familiarity with Kliff's offense and the fact that Ben was a rookie, buried him on the depth chart. As long as he is putting in the work, he is going to be a really good TE for us over the next several years. I've heard that TEs almost never are big contributors in their first year or two, with some exceptions, of course.

Exactly how I feel about it. Ertz is in his mid 30's. What are the chances he can one stay healthy for a 2nd year in a row? What are the chances he can maintain his level of play? The law of averages say one or both will happen. I think we'll see a lot more of BS this year.

Father time is undefeated.

Hope he can prove us all wrong again.
