Re: Food Vices

Still never had a diet soda that tasted good to me. Even Coke Zero tastes off.

I usually have some ginger ale or Dr. Pepper in the fridge if I want something sweet, I like the 7.5 oz cans otherwise I just end up wasting it.

Mostly though it's just black coffee, seltzer, mineral water, maybe some iced tea on occasion.

Iced tea, but not too sweet.

Almonds.

I even buy the unsalted ones, and they're really healthy in the right quantity, but I can eat these things like chips.

The flavored ones are extremely good. I can't buy those. Those will get smashed hard. It's a struggle just with the plain ones.

She's right unfortunately, a handful super healthy, a container full, not so much lol. It's really not fair. If it's healthy, the more you eat, the more beneficial it should be.

I hear you, almonds are a great snack but have you measured out a serving size? I can eat half a big bag without thinking about it. I loved the smoked ones.

My smallest little tupperware container that is really small, and it's still only half that for a serving. I'm going to have to use that to portion control. Can't go straight from the package.
