Sometimes the Mrs. will get frozen bread dough from the store, let's it sit covered up overnight in the fridge and then will use it as pizza dough the next day . If she has time she makes her own.

Easiest for me is just buying the pillsbury dough as it rolls out kinda flat. But that doesnt taste that great. -- maybe this thick detroit style where there is no stone but a deep pan will make it easier |

Re: Food Vices
I'm down 10 lbs in the last month, just been counting calories and trying to clean up my diet, and definitely drinking less. In fact I'm going to do a sober October. Dry January went easier than I thought so I figure why not give the liver another extended rest before the holidays

Re: Food Vices
Ive been drinking lo carb beers past few months and did some keto diet stuff (hence pork rinds instead of bread crumbs for fried chicken)
and it helps. Counting carbs is crazy eye opening. 15 net cards in just 10 tortilla chips? 26 carbs in an 8 oz glass of apple juice? 14.6 carbs in in 12 oz bottle of sierra nevada pale ale? 45 grams of carbs in 1 cup of rice ... pork rinds? 0 carbs day time laguinitas? 3 carbs its hard to get that cava or chipotle without the rice or burrito wrap but so many carbs in a kinda neutral flavor food. Skip the rice, get double meat and drink your lo carb beer without regerts |

A can of chili threw me for a loop. 540 calories. 18 grams of fat and 48 non-fiber carbs. Shit is terrible for you. How is the Day Time? I've seen it around, but haven't had it yet. I like the Kona Light Blonde Ale from Kona Brewing Co.

Re: Food Vices
Day time is good .. for a lo cal. I have 2 drinking nights a week. I drink a sixer of it on a work night and then a sixer/4 pack of something tasty (other half/aslin/elder pine etc) on Saturday nights.
Made chicken kabobs last night and decided to try ground sausage kabobs bc I couldnt find ground lamb ... i put way too much salt in the pork kabobs. I have to stop using course kosher salt for recipes, save that stuff for brining |

Re: Food Vices
Just drink it straight from the spoon? I always hear about A.C.V., but have never tried it myself.

Re: Food Vices
I do this every night before bed, definitely has helped with acid reflux which I have a ton of. Just brush your teeth right after because it's hell on your enamel. It's also supposed to help with your insulin levels as well.
