All have come out and said the guy isn't ready to play QB in the NFL.. How long do we wait and see until we miss out again? Ask Arizona , they were right on their process.

All 4 of their opinions are irrelevant to me. Especially Gruden's.

Throwing away a 1st round pick without giving him a fair chance to succeed is ludacris to me.

Especially when considering a game changing pass rusher is 99.99% likely to be there for us.
