What REALLY grinds your gears?

When you drop your car off Monday at the crack of dawn thinking you're getting it back in a couple hours. Then you get a call Monday afternoon saying they need it overnight. I can understand the car issues, sometimes you don't know the extent of the problem until you tear into it. Also it seems your auto parts stores and dealers don't stock the inventory they used to. Everything is in a main warehouse states away or drop shipped from a supplier. On the other hand auto body shops are notorious for quoting short lead times they never deliver on.
