Dez was a monster when he actually HAD A QB. Dak sucks and everyone knows it

I guess it seems like he had issues coming out, but once JJ invested a heckuva lot of personal goodwill in him he really did get better, then they changed to Dak and his production dropped.

I think a change of scenery and a good team (which I think we actually have) will give him a spark.

-- I hate that I am defending bringing a cowboys player here

I strongly suggest not spending any more money on "meh" WRs...take it and maybe try getting a NT for once.

He beat up his own mom. I'm tired of signing Cowboy rejects. Scandrick is enough.

Steve Wyche "Within minutes of the release, an executive from within the division told me there will be a big market for Dez"

Re: Around the NFL: Free agent signings 2018

Dez will find work before Monday. Of this I am sure. I am taking a 'bated breath' approach on this move. Dallas has made some tough decisions over the last several years. They moved on from DeMarcus Ware at the top of his career, DeMarco Murray the year he led the league in rushing, Tony Romo and now Dez Bryant. Not once did the circle the drain after any of those moves.

If you compare Dez's output over the last 3 years, to Allen Hurns, they are very comparable. But Dez was being paid way more.

I think Dallas is positioning themselves to go after Calvin Ridley in the first round.

Ware was on the downward trend, not the top honestly. He performs in denver as a situational rusher, and hes still effective in that role. Beast of a career.

Demarco is a partial product of the line, a solid back, but VERY replaceable.

They've been circling the drain for years. Get real.

It doesn't seem like Redskins are interested in him, according to Mike Jones.

Edit: I hope this is true, the signing of Dez would stunt Doctson's growth on field

You read, but did not see....
My point was the timing of those releases. How many other teams cut a RB the same year he led the league in yards, yards from scrimmage and yards per game?

And "They've been circling the drain for years".....you sure you want to tug at thread?
