Skins-49er tix for sale

Unfortunately I'll be out of town at a U2 concert the weekend of Oct 22nd when the skins take on the 49ers and need to part with my tickets. They are club level section 306, inside the goal line, 5th row on the Redskins sideline. The tickets and the parking pass cost me slightly over $300. I'm willing to sell for $250.
