It's possible he's not an alcoholic.

There are differences between true alcoholics and those that abuse alcohol. I'm not going to get too deep into it but I have a good friend who's a counselor that could explain it a lot better than I can.

This touches on what I'm talking about.

Alot of people probably considered me an alcoholic when I was going through my divorce. Divorce can bring out the best in people.

If Beathard is this high on McCloughan, then that's enough for me to throw my support firmly behind him. I won't get to watch the pressure live, but I'll be looking forward to watching the recording of it.

I can't wait to see what his first move as GM is going to be.

credibility to the McCloughan hire in my mind.

Now, if Scot could just go out and duplicate Beathard's 1981 draft.
