(Showing my age) I don't think Killian's used to be Coors, read that it tasted better when it wasn't.
Honestly, I feel like there's some snobbery against the "big brewers", especially on the Beer Advocates website. Yes, Killian's, Guiness, and St. Pauli Girl put the Coors/Bud/Miller usual beers to shame. But almost half the "microbrews" that I had tasted worse. Either tasted kinda skunky though I think that wasn't it (Natty Greene), and the other bad ones was like their machine accidentally put too much of hops or something in it, like when a soda machine puts too much carbonation in the drink.

http://bigbossbrewing.com. I guess they're a microbrew. I think I have a lot to learn which is why I'm trying different beers. it's fun, and looking up Beer Advocate is fun too.
