Foles is head and shoulders above Kolb.

Re: Redskins Vs Eagles Pregame Thread
Looking at the guy play, he's always running around when he doesn't need to. If he would just stand still and move around in the pocket he might not get hurt as much. To me he's got the deer in the headlights kind of look...like he's scared of getting rushed. Even one of the guys on Oakland mentioned it. Maybe soft isn't the right word...maybe jittery is better.

Re: Redskins Vs Eagles Pregame Thread
I don't even want to predict. I think last year I decided to go on strike and not predict anymore outcomes of Redskins games. The result? A 7 game win streak. Nope - I'm not even going to predict that, but hey...if it works???

Re: Redskins Vs Eagles Pregame Thread
If it was a home game... maybe we'd win. But we're winless in the division anyway so, F it.

One possible good thing for us is the Eagles can't seem to win at home.

Re: Redskins Vs Eagles Pregame Thread
Kolb never threw this many TDs in a single season (career high = 9). Foles has thrown 16 in half a season. They are simply not the same guy.

Re: Redskins Vs Eagles Pregame Thread
I think the main difference between the two, is Foles is good with the potential to be great, Kolb is matt flynn with potential to be worse

Re: Redskins Vs Eagles Pregame Thread
A defense that cant stop anybody, inconsistant playcalling and bad execution, worst special teams in the league = 1 sorry ass team.
We can win this game if we get 2 or more turnovers,Rocca doesnt shank any punts,Kai dont have any fg's blocked, Kyle calls perfect game and players execute his calls.Past 2 games RG3 has missed critical throws in 2nd half to start a series, overthrew his receiver by a wide margin,if he makes that throw Kyle is probably not getting criticised for abandoning the run. Unfortunately I dont see all those things coming together 41-35 sounds good to me

The Cardinals not only didn't have the framework to win with Kolb, they couldn't even keep him upright. Foles was a great college quarterback who had some down moments as a rookie, but I thought he was the best player on their roster at QB going into the season. I figured we were really fortunate to draw Michael Vick in week 1. We were...it just didn't matter.

Re: Redskins Vs Eagles Pregame Thread
I don't see how Foles beats us. A lot of his throws have been lucky lol. Although, we don't really take advantage of playing anyone. So we will lose most likely.

Re: Redskins Vs Eagles Pregame Thread
The thing to remember with Foles is that he's still somewhat inexperienced, and has benefitted from the Oakland and Green Bay offenses going AWOL for large portions of the game. If the Redskins can get a lot of points on the board, I do think they'll be able to pick Foles off once or twice.
The problem with the Week 1 game is our offense turned the ball over and refused to sustain anything...against a defense that has proven to be pretty poor overall. Gotta be really good on first down and second down in this one. Forget a seven game winning streak, you can stick a fork in them if they lose this one.

Re: Redskins Vs Eagles Pregame Thread
I suppose you could say the same about RG3's throws, though it wouldn't be any closer to accurate.
