The one hand that is real purple, apparantly that has to do with the injury in his shoulder/collar bone. They asked Favre about it yesterday and thats what he said. He also said he has hardly any feeling in that hand as well...

The Vikings are officially out of the playoffs, and he has, among other things, an ankle that needs surgery and a bum shoulder, and he doesn't have another shot at the Packers. I'm actually surprised we're not hearing that there is a chance he might go home now.

Anyways I heard that Favre's purple hand had something to do with the Redskins, not the shoulder injury that happened against Buffalo. Alls I know is that his body has finally reached mortality status, so I wouldn't be suprised if he's played his final down.
