Re: Cousins has arrived
This new KC thread has become immediately as bizarre as the old one. Lol. I think Griff needs to be gone just so all the conspiracy theory stuff goes away too.

Re: Cousins has arrived
Not happening man. He'll be somewhere else and hopefully for him healthy and plays well but we don't need him . anymore

Re: Cousins has arrived
That article just rehashes the same old BS.
Again, he's set to be a free agent. Why would he have any interest in coming back here as a backup vs going elsewhere to potentially start? |

Re: Cousins has arrived
KC is definitely worth investing in the long term.
He's grown in our system & we need to keep him. Once we get the running game going again (and we will), he'll be even better. The future is bright! |

I assume he has been in all the QB meetings this year, he is always with Kirk and the QB coach on the sidelines. Idk, just a thought.

Re: Cousins has arrived
..I said it earlier this season that I thought Cousins could end up being one of the best QB's to ever wear Burgundy&Gold ..HE reminds me of Montana! He is breaking long held Redskin QB records without a running game.. Cousins will have some bad moments and I am sure he will not continue to play every game at this pace(if he does he will quickly become an ELITE Player)..all i ask is the TEAM continue to get better around him and we could be looking at a stretch of playoff runs for the future. None of this surprises me ..what does surprise me is when the top superstar out of college player plays up to the expected level..There is a lot of top 10 draft picks who don't last very long in this league..The Brady's,Rogers,Brees are the players not drafted high but are at the top of there game. Why not the same for Cousins? I say things are looking really good for the Skins and who knows what can happen in the playoffs.

Re: Cousins has arrived
What offense would be a good fit for him? He doesn't go through his check downs, read coverages well, nor does he get the ball out of his hands quickly.....

Re: Cousins has arrived
Kirk has definitely proved he's a very good QB who is capable of becoming great. For those who doubted him...YOU LIKE THAT?!!!

The Freshmen | The Players' Tribune
Not NFL related but Kirk wrote this article for TPB. Good read on how far Michigan State has come since Kirk arrived there. |
