I see what your saying about his family background etc.. But like I said earlier Hes never been a HC in the NFL, the players are boss in the league it's not college kids anymore. Does that mean you can't be successful?? Heck no but it makes it harder.

Remember, he was a QB himself and has coached Luck to what he is today. He could easily draft another one of those QB's available on this draft and do wonders with whoever it is.
