What is truly irritating to many people is the fact it's always the same guy. When there's controversy (regardless of it's nature) and it always centers around the same person people take notice, and eventually come to the conclusion something must be amis. It's usually not long before the centerpiece is recognized for what it truly is.....A distraction.

The problem is that he is chummy with Snyder and thinks he's above the rest of the players and can get away with not practicing, giving people lip service, etc. This guy needs to be knocked of his pedestal and has to realize that he's just like the rest of the players and if he doesn't, then ship his ass out of town cause he's not a team player.
