Giving up on players after 1 season is absurd especially when they have proven, experienced players in front of them at positions most rookies don't make a huge impact at 1st season. McLaurin, Brown, Ertz etc. Sinnot was a 2nd rounder who brings tools and and can be dynamite in this league. Ertz just balled out too much for him to get in the mix. Bates played too for his stellar blocking and few catches a year.
McCaffrey may never be a star, but he can still be serviceable. Please keep in mind he is fairly new to the position being a former qb. He also has good size, 4.68, hands, and excels with catches in traffic. Kids has stones. Seriously would not be surprised if this kid has a decent pro career. His father and especially brother did to say the least.
