Re: How Wilson Manufactures Footballs
Very cool....
The guy that's inverting those skins looks like he'd get worn out after a few hours. I wonder if they rotate their positions/jobs. |

Re: How Wilson Manufactures Footballs
They said that one lady has been blown balls for 37 years.
|
Re: How Wilson Manufactures Footballs
She has the easiest job in the place.
The lady that does the laces has a strenuous job too, but she seems to work at a fast pace. The box lady was impressive too. I used to fold pizza boxes by the hundreds at a time...paper cuts. Cardboard can slice you up nasty. |
Re: How Wilson Manufactures Footballs
That's awesome, hopefully they continue it there forever.

LOL! She's a real pro at handling those balls! |
Re: How Wilson Manufactures Footballs
You know those people don't always work that fast. Anytime you have the boss there and a camera going you step it up a notch. I wonder how many footballs the NFL actually goes through every year.

Re: How Wilson Manufactures Footballs

Re: How Wilson Manufactures Footballs
That was really interesting to watch. And I'm probably the only guy here who missed that blowing balls bit.
