As a young Black female, I'm proud I can see this day. I'm even more proud that my 89 year old grandmother is alive to see it too.

Born in 1919, I believe she deserves to see this day more than anything.

Such a big day for America.

Thinking back to the 2000 election and that mess during my freshman year of college, 9/11, the war in Iraq, and everything else up until this day its amazing to think that I am seeing some of the most important moments in this country's history unfold right before my eyes. Amazing!

That's McCain talking, not the McCain campaign. Big difference. I can't imagine the emotions going through his and Obama's heads right now. And their families.

Exactly I was really happy to see the McCain I remember. I was glad he shut up some of those nutjobs in the crowd. God I hate the way the republicans are going, and I really hope it tilts back towards more towards the center and I would vote for them.
