Doubt it after the D had 7 sacks and only allowed 1 TD.

Replace Haslett. Our D has scored more TD's in the first half then our O after 4 games.
If Dallas loses to Denver next week, our next game is for first place, as strange as that sounds. Huzzah!
There's no "if" there. Dallas has zero chance.

We beat Dallas in 2 weeks, we're on top of the division! (at 2-3...what!?)

And you people threw in the towel already! Only up from here. Defensive reinforcements coming, Griffin is going to come out looking much different in Week 6.

Eagles may beat the Giants to be there as well. But a tie at the top of the Division would be sweet considering the first 3 weeks of the season. Hopefully, RG3 can get right and the 2 weeks of preparation for Dallas give the Skins a big advantage.
I dont see any misunderstanding, his numbers speak for themselves - overall very average and horribly poor in the first half of games. He is still a shell of himself.

These players he doesnt have confidence are the exact same ones he had last year...whats changed? Actually Garcon is more healthy. Did everyone get worse in year? If he lost confidence in anybody its the coaching staff, cause Kyle hasnt been very good at all this year.
RGIII is still recovering. It's simply going to take more time until he is his old self, physically.

Also, he's learning how to play QB in the NFL. There is a lot of learning that can only happen in games, over time. When he makes a "rookie" mistake, it is an opportunity for him to learn from it.

When he is fully recovered from his injury and has gained more experience, I think RGIII will become a great QB.

Haslett can't go out there and make tackles. Fletcher needs to be sat down.

Plus they scored one for the 3rd time this year. No one should bitch about the defense today. However we weren't playing Denver. That's the worst offense we see all year.
Let RGIII improve over the bye along with the Defense Oh and we get some people back after the bye dont we? Don't count us out yet
At this time....RG3= average NFL QB. He had Moss open for a TD and overthrew him, doesn't stay with the plays long enough, but on a few he really hung in there and made some nice throws, on others the line just broke down and he had to run for his life. Made a great play to Helu. Just watching it from the game, the entire offense just looks dysfunctional.

Haslett still needs to be fired. We played a depleted raiders offense. Sure we looked good, but I'm still thinking of the Eagles, Packers and Lions putting up huge numbers on our defense. If we had played Oakland week 1 we'd all be in agreement he should be fired now. But because we have the taste of a win some fans are like " well..you know we did look good yesterday so maybe he should stay.."

No, you fire him. One good game doesn't make up for 3 bad defensive games. I don't care about the timing, it's the results I care about and we've had one good result and three bad results. Fire him now while we have 2 weeks to tweak and do whatever with the defense rather than midway through the season when you screw up more than just the defense but the teams whole mindset.

RGIII telegraphs his throws way too much by staring down his receivers. Defenders are reading his eyes and thereby get good jumps on the ball. Perhaps this is a result of the fact that RGIII has yet to have a normal NFL off-season to work on such things. But he won't be elite until he learns to use his eyes differently.

This is what I don't understand. You hear and see the defense scheming and making changes game in and game out so Haslett is obviously game planning. The defense is suspect at best I don't think a change in DC is going to change that. I am not a big fan of firing for firings sake, there has to be an upgrade that can be made. Now in the offseason after we get 18 million of cap space back, that is a different matter.

Along with coming off a very serious injury everyone seems to forget he's still only 23. I thought he was pretty solid yesterday.

they turned the sack attack up to level 11.

griff is looking more like his healthy self each week.

if we improve the open field tackling; we're on our way.

oh yeah, and hats off to amerson.

i think it was ronde barber who made the comment on how amerson hadn't played well in the first 3 games; i disagree. i think he's played exceptionally well, sure he's been beat a time or two - but he has impressed me.
