Re: Favre is a NO Go Against the Giants
WTF is going on with his hands?
The one hand that is real purple, apparantly that has to do with the injury in his shoulder/collar bone. They asked Favre about it yesterday and thats what he said. He also said he has hardly any feeling in that hand as well... |

Well, congratulations to Brett Favre on his record setting streak, which I won't lie, I believe it should've ended in 2008 when he tore his rotator cuff with the Jets. If their coaching staff had made him take an MRI or CT Scan and a torn rotator cuff showed up, I have no doubts he would've been placed on IR. But that's in the past and largely forgotten, and I won't be bitter about it seeing as how he is a HOFer and the streak was still largely impressive back in 2008, so I'll just congratulate him on playing through the pain all these years.
For the record there is one now. If you look at the times I wrote it at 6:16 pm the other thread on Landry was started at 6:27pm. I don't like to start threads so I was throwing it out there for someone else to start it. |

I think if you are a Vikings fan you are a lot more upset about your season then a Redskin's fan is about his.
The Vikings are officially out of the playoffs, and he has, among other things, an ankle that needs surgery and a bum shoulder, and he doesn't have another shot at the Packers. I'm actually surprised we're not hearing that there is a chance he might go home now. |

Alright, calm down, nobody's saying you did anything wrong lol. Anyways I heard that Favre's purple hand had something to do with the Redskins, not the shoulder injury that happened against Buffalo. Alls I know is that his body has finally reached mortality status, so I wouldn't be suprised if he's played his final down. |

Steinz mentioned Favre talking about the injury first coming during the 1st or 2nd drive of the Skins game: D.C. Sports Bog - Favre says Redskins may have ended his career |
