Re: Usain Bolt
One for the rhythm ... two for the rhyme ... get on up, it's bobsled time!!
I love that movie. |
Re: Usain Bolt
He just won the 200 and cemented himself as the best sprinter in history. Actually ran through the finish line this time before celebrating.
Definitely cocky enough to be an NFL WR. |
Re: Usain Bolt
How can Usain Bolt play in the NFL is he is anchoring the Jamaican bobsled team at the next Winter Olympics?
[/sarcasm]
He's not anchoring, he's the driver/captain, duh!! Shows how much you know |
Re: Usain Bolt
Can he catch a football? lol

No because it's considered illegal touching in Jamaica, unless he is the keeper. |
Re: Usain Bolt
we could sure use his speed thats for sure.. thats would open up defenses in a hurry.
|
Re: Usain Bolt
anybody do the math for his 40 time?
|
Re: Usain Bolt
100 meters = 9.69 seconds
36.576 meters (40 yards) = 3.54 seconds However, that's not accurate. You'd have to break his run down in order to figure out how fast he ran the first 36.576 meters of the race... |
Re: Usain Bolt
it's still going to be ridiculously fast...

Maybe a 3.9 |
Re: Usain Bolt
I don't know if he could break 4.0- coming out of a start position, it takes a good twenty to thirty meters (even for the fastest man on earth) to hit top speed. His average speed/meter is ridiculous (thus showing the high probability that he should be able to clock a 3.9). But the mid-latter part of his sprints are where the time flies due to acceleration.
40 yards is just too short of a distance to do that... then again, I wouldn't be entirely shocked if this guy could pull it off hehehe... * I think Darrell still owns the record at 4.15. |
