Re: Joe Biden - Will he Really be Dem Candidate?
We have an age minimum to be President. There should be an age maximum too. Trump gonna just keep spouting off shit that doesn't need to be said and Biden is going to keep getting more out there.
We're all fucked!

Just put them in a steel cage, or maybe a Texas strap match. Two men enter, one man leaves.

Re: Joe Biden - Will he Really be Dem Candidate?
My folks are the same age bracket as Biden and trump. Super healthy no mental issue taking my parents. Stil they are not as quick as they use to be, I find my self explaining more to them and being patient with them.
Scary these guys at the same age are running the country.

Re: Joe Biden - Will he Really be Dem Candidate?
The question remains, how are these two dunder heads the main choices we have. How can the US public be such sheep to follow the incessant media drivel to our country's abyss.

I don't like Biden either (too old and not progressive enough for me) but in a 2 party system he's miles ahead of "It is what it is"

Re: Joe Biden - Will he Really be Dem Candidate?
The scary thing to me is that more and more liberals don't like Biden or his equivalent type in the democratic party because they aren't far left, progressive, socialist, etc. enough. This country is at a major crossroads that extends well beyond just who wins in November in the road this country is going down. Scary.

Coronavirus stimulus: Extending extra unemployment benefits through executive order 'would really be a nightmare' President Trump signed several executive orders to address various issues related to the coronavirus pandemic after negotiations with Congressional Democrats over a new stimulus bill fell apart. The immediate implications of the executive orders are unclear, and the unilateral route may be particularly messy when it comes to extending extra unemployment insurance (UI) benefits that expired after July. “An executive order [on extra unemployment benefits] would really be a nightmare,” Michele Evermore, senior policy analyst at the National Employment Law Project, told Yahoo Money. “It would just end up resulting in people thinking they're getting a benefit but states being unable to figure out how to do it in many cases.” “States would have to set up a whole different system to pay out that piece of benefits,” Evermore explained. “I've heard from state agencies that getting the money this way would be difficult, if not impossible, to administer.” President Trump told reporters on Friday that he would extend the benefits through the end of the year through executive action but didn’t specify whether he would extend the now-expired $600 provided by the CARES Act or cut the extra benefits (as Republicans previously proposed). On Saturday, Trump claimed that one of his executive orders would implement $400 in extra weekly unemployment benefits until the end of the year, though it’s not clear if or when that would happen.

Sorry not sorry. The public standard to get a criminal conviction for anyone that isn't the president was met a long time ago. He has used his office to shield himself from his criminal behavior. If he wins again the statute of limitations comes into play.

Re: Joe Biden - Will he Really be Dem Candidate?
Executive orders are absolute bullshit to me in 99% of cases. Let's just keep that same passion when Democrats do them. It's like a video game cheat code. Both sides are fucking immature. I think since Bush 2 through now it's got to the point where all Americans should be absolutely fucking embarrassed.
