Can we give Spags a record contract for a DC? Please?
Fucking losers. I'm rooting against them for now on. No use wasting AFC Title Games on them.

The Bills should literally be called the Buffalo Bridesmaids. At least Baltimore, as a franchise, has done it.

Shocking. Hope they crush Philly. People are going to whine the next 2 weeks about the rematch, but it really should be a great game. Bill had their chance and, predictably, they didn't capitalize.

My 2025 football season is officially over w/ this comment. Won't be discussing or watching the super-bowl.

Nothing but mock-drafts and memories.

Tom Brady (twice) and Joe Burrow only two QBs to beat KC with Reid and Mahommes

How you go 0-4 against them? I get it the Chiefs by in large get the calls in these big games. They ALWAYS do, and it's fucking evident on so many plays too. Fucking Josh Allen got that 1st on the 4th down. Clearly showed him over the line and one ref called it a first while the other said no.

Re: NFCC POSTGAME

I'm trying to let the cold light of day shine on this season instead of reacting in the moment. Not sleeping great last night isn't helping...

Take away's from the game for me are that a lot of it was an accumulation of players making individual mistakes undermining the team. Nothing insidious, just guys maybe trying too hard on a big stage. The first TD Armstrong failed to set the edge, and on top of that caused a pile up that sealed the deal. All 3 fumbles were mental errors. I discount the INT because we were in desperation mode and often Scary comes up with those disputed catches. But in a game like that, you can't afford those errors, especially against a better team. Given how we've played mostly turnover free football to date, I have to put that on the players themselves, not on coaches.

We lacked talent and played with heart and determination to get to this game. Hate to say it, but the Eagles are probably the most complete team in the NFC this year, if not the league. A good QB with a great OL, RB and #1 WR, and a great D. I'll be watching the SB for a hopefully great game; I couldn't give a crap who wins, as I dislike both teams, but I love football.

I trust Peters will do his best in filling the roster holes, notably with the right kind of players, not just great athletes. So much this season has been said about the culture shift. Like the Patriots dynasty and now the Chiefs, it starts with culture. We want more like Luvu, Daniels, McClaurin, Chinn and Wagner to elevate the team above the X's and O's. We're out from under the Snyder cloud of stench, we've got a great GM, great coaches our QB of the future and the core of a great team. Keep building that and we should be back here multiple times in the next 10 years.

It stings, but the future has SOOO much potential.

Anyone who doesn’t feel like this has a very short memory. We are relevant again and it has been 1 year.

Re: NFCC POSTGAME

Yesterday sucked but we knew our weaknesses and Philly exploited every single one of them. Plus, the turnovers. That was too much to overcome. Hey, we got to nfc championship game; with our ragtag bunch. It’s simple; we just don’t have the talent yet.

This season is our best in the Post Gibbs 1 era. That’s 1993 to 2024. A long time.

Our 1st season over 10 wins, since the 1991 Superbowl run. Our first time winning in the playoffs since 2005. We went 2-1 in the playoffs and won 2 road playoff games for the first time ever. We learned that Saint Gibbs save us, by convincing Dan to go thru with the sale. We heard Dan was miserable with our success this year. Finally, we found our franchise QB. Our first true franchise QB since Sammy Baugh.

All that in a rookie year. Once we get all the pieces, this team will be real dangerous. We can have a 10 year run and soon, we’ll be able to dish out the pain, that was done to us yesterday.

We are disappointed about yesterday, after a loss like that. We are proud about our unexpected season and for the first time in a long time; we have hope. That hope, lessens the sting about yesterday. They are teams that make runs to the championship game but then disappear. That’s not us. We aren’t disappearing. I believe we are about to go on a nice run; where people will get sick of us, like they are at the Chiefs. After 30 years, I’ll take that. Let the rest of the nfl hate us, because we are winning Superbowls.

Yes to the above posts. Only reservation I have about this hopeful scenario is wondering whether Lattimore is “the right kind of player” (apart from any injury or skills concerns).

Lattimore did not play very well. But he isn't old, was injured and with a new team.

Still think we need to draft another young CB or 2 but gonna just start my opinion fresh with him in 2025. Hopefully they can find a magic system to sustain his hamstrings. But Juste has to be replaced with a guy that can consistently play in the event Lattimore is out. I think Noah I. is a FA, so probably will need to add a slot corner too.

Very likely this will be the worst roster we'll have for the foreseeable future.
