I am glad you put this on here. Basically, this is corruption at it's best. Holding a charge over a man';=s head and then causing him to humiliate himself. Doing this to display power? or ignorance? Hopefully this gets exposed. How you gonna enslave someone because they are facing a charge you can drop if he does as you wish? Is that legal? I don't think so. The GOP will never be done in SC, to think otherwise is simply foolish...nationally they're toast in the long run unless there's change in the way they do business. SC is one fucked up state...Dems should stop whining and instead should do their homework on who is running under their banner.
