MLB 2014 Season
Bryce put on like 20lbs of muscle. Please, please be smart enough to not be using PEDs. (I don't think he is)

The whole Boschi -biogenesis thing proved that just bc a player passes every test doesnt mean he is not "juicing". In this day in age, as an Os fan I can only hope chris davis is clean. davis looks like a juicer, that pic of bryce looks like a juicer. |

Re: MLB 2014 Season
I'm looking forward to hitting up Nats Park with my friend after work again, enjoying the slight breeze and hopefully watching some good baseball. Nats should have a good team again this year, I'm excited to see what Matt Williams can do. I've kinda softened on the PED stance, considering Matt Williams was a former user and the fact that athletes across all sports are always toeing the line on what supplements they can use and get away with. I think Bryce is smart enough and hard working enough that he knows he doesn't need to abuse illegal supplements to be the player we know he's capable of being.

Orioles trade Alex Gonzalez for Steve Lombardozzi - baltimoresun.com
Excited for Lombo! I'm very tired of seeing Flaherty in the lineup, so hopefully this cures that position. Looking forward to seeing him in orange.

HOLY S! The Nationals are off to a bonkers start! Now I really wish I had taken a half day to watch this.
Oh well, looking forward to going to Opening Day on Friday. 10 for 10.

Re: MLB 2014 Season
Crazy, I've already seen Yahoo and SI predicting the Nats to take the Series this year. I hope they don't fall victim to the hype. I'm pretty excited to see how Matt Williams runs this team too.

"inability to run 90 feet"
Washington Nationals bench Bryce Harper for lack of effort - ESPN agree, disagree?

I feel like the Nats are going to trade him eventually.

I agree 100%. You can't let the youngster do that and teach others that you play hard all the time. You have to send a message regardless of how talented he is. He's still young and immature so he needs to be disciplined and taught what is acceptable and what is not. A bad manager would have allowed Harper to remain in the game or done nothing.

Michael Pineda of New York Yankees ejected for foreign substance on neck - ESPN New York
If they ban pitchers for about 30 games, they'd probably stop doing shit like this.

Re: MLB 2014 Season
Yeah I think it should be different if you're a starting pitcher. 10 games sounds nice in theory, but it will only be 2 starts for him, which is weak.
