Re: College football 2014
Painful to watch the va tech program hit rock bottom. Our offense hasn't been up to par the last 4 years, now to see the defense struggle too. It's hard to watch. Miami kicking tech's butt on Thursday night, I would have expected this 20 years ago, it was an upset these days.hurricanes played well

Re: College football 2014
Ive been waiting since 2001 for them to return to form, and often think they should not even be called the U anymore. 252 games since the last va tech shutout and we were one play away. Wasnt much to root for in fourth quarter other than a shutout. I dont really think they are any better than tech it was just Miamis night. Kayaa will be real good if The Tie can manage to coach him up.

Alabama Crimson Tide boosters pay off coach Nick Saban's home - ESPN
This really makes me sick to my stomach. shame on Saben for letting them do this. That money to could be spent to help the areas of where some of those recruits come from dirt poor communities in the south. The NCAA aka the worst and most corrupt sports organization(fifa and boxing aside) in the history of the world thinks this is OK? amazing. shame on the sec as well

Re: College football 2014
This is why I could never stand College Football. I am not and never have been a FSU fan but they got a legit gripe. They were the champs last year have won their last 24 straight games, yet a group of people (chaired by an AD from a SEC school) decided they are 3rd. Makes 0 sense.
The SEC out of conference schedule is weak as shit, yet everyone has to assume they are so great. Alabama (rank #1?) has only 4 away games all year: @ Olde Miss(a loss), @ 5-5 Arizona (where they won 14-13), @ 5-5 Tenn, and @ 7-4 LSU(20-13) . Their best road win is a four loss LSU team they beat by one score? Alabama's OOC teams are West Virginia(4 loss), Florida Atlantic(7 loss), Southern Miss(8 loss), and powerhouse Western Carolina(4 loss). They had to play all these scary beasts at home. All year long they played two teams with less than 4 losses and they lost one of those. How does this make any sense?
