Jansen on ESPN 2

On right now, arguing with Corey Chavos on the Ty Law Situation. Jansen is saying all the right things, Did anyone else see it, i dont really know how to summarize it, but it was pretty cool. Jansen said that a player shoudl honor his contract and take stuff for the team. Hes the man

Yeah.. he got Chavous pretty good when Chavous said "You don't have to honor a contract when you out-perform it". Jansen came back with "Yes you do. You expect the team to honor it when you under-perform".

STFU, Chavous. You tell 'em, Jansen!

I been watching him. I caught him last night and he sounded really excited about next year. He talked about how the O will give the D a rest and back to old school football by taking 16 play drives and scoring. Seems likes he really likes the Skins.

Jansen is about to have the season of his dreams. Especially after two seasons under Spurious.

Jansen is a throw back player, and now he has the ultimate throw back coach on the o-line, Joe Bugel. He could well be the happiest returning skins player. Look for a pro-bowl year from big J.

Its funny isn't he our OL with the most pro years? And I think that only like 5 years. He looks good on TV and is a hellva lot more intelligible than some guys on Epsn.(see M. Irving) Maybe hes setting himself up for a TV career.

Jasnen is the only guy who has been with the team since Snyder took over as owner. It was just him and C. Bailey until this year

Yea those guy's weren't to fond of jansen, boeller was ok but he really doesn't bring any clout to the table, JJ took them on buy himself and I give him a lot of credit he speak's his mind and doesn't back down, good job!

jansen has a very dominant personality and took over a lot of the conversations, which was cool with me cuz i only really want to hear the opinions of redskins. did anyone catch him talking about when he got called on his draft day, thinking and hoping it was the bears(grew up loving them), and it was Russ Grimm and the redskins on the phone after they had traded up with the bears. Grimm asked him if he wanted to be a redskin and jansen said he was kinda stunned and then said something like "Who are you? or Who is this?"

Jansen definitely has a career in the booth or in the studio when he's done on the field.

What cracked me up about that exchange was chavous face when jansen hit him with that, it was a fairly simple and logical point, but chavous looked like that concept never entered his mind, it looked like he spends to much time hanging out with agent's.
