Idc who they pick - whoever it is I will support them. But this thing is a big nothing burger and it only makes Daniels and his agent look bad.
That was weird and kinda weak, especially since staff picked and met with Daniels at the airport.

Maybe they were just trying to see if any of the top 30 were divas. Nailed it. On to Maye, McCarty, or Penix

There is some history here. Go look for the video of his ASU teammates cleaning out his locker when he transferred. They didn’t mince words about their feelings.

Man, Snyder has us traumatized for life. This is a whole restaurant of nothing-burgers.

Every team does things differently. Let's give it one year (at least) before poo-pooing all over everything.

Peters on 4 QBs in at same time: "What's cool is we got to see them all together in a group setting. They all got a lot of time individually with coaches & with us. They were staggered coming in, too. It was a great blend of that & working everyone together in a fun environment."

If I was one of those QB's, that actually seems fun. Ideally you will be competing against all of these guys for 10+ years. Would be fun to get to meet them and hangout.

All sounds good. I don't remember teams doing that, but obviously it's been a thing. Seems like it went well.

Are all four of them going to be on the team? Cause if they are then cool. We're set at QB for a while. ..lol. But if not then what's the point? Are they trying to see which one talks more than the others? I don't give a crap about all this stuff. Who can beat the defense on 3rd and 9 is all I care about. Who does that the best? All this other stuff is such overkill.

If you don't know who your guy is at this point then this would concern me a bit. You have had all this time to evaluate these guys. You should already have them slotted by this point.

I'm still on a wait and see approach w/ Peters and Quinn. As we all should be.

When interviewing candidates it can be good to have them all in the same room before the interviews. You can get a feel for their personality and its dynamic in a competitive environment. This is the top position in the game, arguably any team game. by observing them in an environment that might be difficult for them, you get a feel for their psychology, mentality, leadership ability etc. They're all alpha's (or better be), but you can only choose one of them. You certainly don't pick the one uncomfortable, insecure etc. You won't find your franchise QB in a guy with a fragile ego.

All true. But if Maye is more of an alpha than Daniels but Daniels is the better player, or vice versa, then it's moot point.

personality wise there is a TON to be learned in a fun, competitive setting vs sitting by yourself talking to the Commanders brass behind a closed door. I think its great as personality means a ton and is hard to gauge in such stiff, rigid settings.

Which is why they should have had a keg party.
