I can’t believe JDR and RR still have jobs. That is beyond pathetic

JDR seems like the perfect candidate to fire if they want feed the fan base some fresh meat to gnaw on.

For those of you giving up now on this franchise you are giving up after 25 years of Snyder and before our new ownership actually has an offseason to fix things. That is crazy. You made it this far, you can wait a few more months.

Also like Calia said, a new owner, staff, and FO along with 9 picks (6 of which are basically in the top 100 ) and a boatload of cap space will fix things sooner than 3 years. They can absolutely turn this around next year. Been saying this since we were 2-0. This season is nothing other than a transition.

i agree!

Honestly the worst scenario would have been a .500 or a bit better record this year and giving Harris the illusion he had something in this coaching staff

Now it is clear to Harris he needs a full rebuild and he can get started on it ASAP

For the record RR the GM has destroyed this team way more then RR the head coach, WAY MORE!!!

Al Galdi mentioned it awhile back on his podcast that Magic does that.

for example the NJ Devils could lose a game say 1-0

Magic will write:

If the devils had scored 2 goals last night we would have won 2-1.

I am not defending it; i am just saying its his thing.

Probably not really worth getting worked up about.

But hey this site loves to cry about spilled milk

I'm not giving up my fandom. I just can't expect miracles. And to turn this dumpster fire into a competitive organization in one, even two years, is beyond my expectations. My optimism has just been beaten to death over and over and over. CAN they? Maybe... I'm just not holding my breath. I don't even know if we have better owners yet. I just don't. We can speculate. We can hope. But we do not know that for sure.

It would be pretty hard to not be any better than one of the worst owners in all of sports history.

Harris just got here, they've had no real chance to put their stamp on the football ops yet.

They got the keys to the franchise in the summer; every milestone to help our team this season had past, basically had to roll with what we had.

There are some good parts still here; got make sure you don't throw out the baby with the bath water.

100% agree that it would be hard. However, hard doesn't equal impossible.

I'm just tempering my expectations. I had pretty high expectations when Snyder took over. Not getting duped again. I'm in wait and see mode.

Yeah but with this cursed franchise you can't be mad at folks thinking doom and gloom. No matter what happens it seems like this team just finds ways to lose every yr. It's actually astonishing... They have not had an 11 win season in 3 decades.

The curse was Snyder. Nothing more. Nothing less. He is gone and Harris is playing his hand.
You are correct, under Snyders guidance, or lack there of we are perennial losers.

I just cannot understand how we finally get rid of the mother fucker and before new ownership can even make one decision we are all jumping off cliffs. If Snyder was still here all these comments would make perfect sense but my God we cut off the head of the snake. Give Harris one off season at least before you think nothing will ever change. All the pain is directly tied to one man who is gone forever.

I get it the bar is low for Harris but I am not optimistic next year will be better.... yet. I need to see something to give me hope on that front.

Well having Dan Snyder removed from the franchise should give you a glimmer of hope.

9 draft picks mostly in the first four rounds.
A boatload of cap space.
JDR getting sacked.
Ron getting sacked.
FO see ya.

There is no way we hire worse people than we have because our pool of potential candidates grew exponentially the minute Snyder left town.
